There is a link on Plazi to create dashboards, admittedly a little bit well hidden and not well documented since this is work in progress. Now that you ask, here again and with few notes that should get you started.
If you start with the Stats then you realize the kind of fields there are you can use to build your dashboards, using either the google charts we offer, or your own.
