Croizat's panbiogeography.

There is no intention for this translation to be authoritative. I did it
for my personal interest (note caveat at the beginning of the translation),
but I anticipate that there may be some other potential readers who cannot
read Spanish and who might find this translation sufficiently useful for
general interest.
