[Taxacom] Niels Kristensen passed away

This is mostly for the entomologists on this list, particularly those who
work with Lepidoptera systematics. Niels passed away on December 6 after
being ill for some time. In his work he made major and pioneering
contributions to our understanding of relationships among the Lepidoptera,
particularly many of the obscure (but phylogenetically significant) basal
groups. At the time of his death he was very actively involved in a number
of research projects. His passing will leave a huge personal and
professional void in the discipline for many people, not least being myself.
