Rafael, thanks for the offer, but we are currently snowed under with unwanted litigation at the moment so not in a position to fix the database.
But if you or someone there goes to "www.zoobank.org" and types in the name "Hoser" and then harvests the data from there for nomenclatural acts and then does the same for "Wells", you'll get several hundred missing taxa in one go!  You'll also find a lot of your missing data on the Zoological Record databases, but they tend to run about 6 months late in their indexing of taxonomy publications.
