I would hate to go digging them up, but there were several
(probably many) such attempts (in fact, the PhyloCode was
intended as another attempt). The history of nomenclature
is full of genius/crackpot attempts at 'improvements' that
did not make it. Using logic is often very effective in helping
one go astray.
