[Taxacom] Somewhat OT, was Re: New species of the future

As a noun in apposition, that would be fine (i.e. naming it after the drink), but as an adjective it would have to be pepsicolaris (or pepsicolare if genus is neuter), which loses something of the effervescence of the name!
