[Taxacom] biodiversity data general public

[Luis POPA]

Some time ago it was a discussion on Taxacom about a project which 
allowed people with a GPS and a camera to record biodiversity data and 
load these data into some repositories.
Can you please point me to the right messages on Taxacom concerning this 
subject?
