What is personal use? I have a non-commercial site I maintain, and I
cannot download or use anything from ION, because of above clause.

I would love to use the information as seed data, but as MY site does
not have any limitations for further use of information, so I cannot
copy ION data without breaking their "terms of use".

=> I have to retype everything from other sources.

Similar problem may apply to wikipedia ?
