[Taxacom] Reality check - attention list-serve moderator!

Taxacom is, almost aggressively, unmoderated and we have to endure all
sorts of stuff we would rather not. As a result there are times when
acceptable limits of professional tolerance, civility and common
courtesy are exceeded, whether or not these limits have been defined.
IMO, we are well into that territory and risk losing valuable
contributors who would rather not have their boundaries of acceptable
social interaction tested to this extent.
