Dear all and Wolfgang Wuster in particular; Well
Wolfgang, you have broken from your recent past practice of posting under fake
names as you do regularly on Facebook and other places you troll and for that
you deserve a little credit.

Now
in terms of yet more falsehoods and lies you publish here, you show you are an
expert at posting half truths and material out of context.

Lets
correct your misinformation below:

“- I
have never had a court order taken out against me by Raymond Hoser (or anyone
else for that matter).”

The
court order was taken out against your good friend Sean McCarthy and the upshot
was that the website you regularly posted on “Ray Hoser Melbourne’s biggest
wanker” was REMOVED as a result.

Are
you going to deny that you ever posted there?

Are
you going to seriously stand by your lies below:

“- I had no connection with the website Mr. Hoser mentions.”

“- Nobody has ever made a complaint of sexual harassment against me, at Bangor
University or anywhere else.”

Fact
is complaints have been made.  Best you
can say Wolfgang is that so far you have evaded being charged with anything.

best of my knowledge, has Hinrich Kaiser;”

Considering
I have a statement from McCord his lawyers contacted Kaiser, the first part of
your statement is true and as written, the second part of your statement could
also deemed true (but unlikely) as there is no way to prove otherwise ... nor
is it relevant anyway.

Your
claim “McCord's work was criticised in an early draft of the Kaiser et al.
paper circulated among a selection of herpetologists, but removed after
representations from McCord and others suggested that the facts were not as we
had been led to  believe.”

Is
patently false. Fact is that Kaiser and others sent the “early draft” globally
as a SPAM email.  I was not the first to
publish it.  For your benefit the SPAM
email by Kaiser is printed in AJH issue 14 some months after your side had already widely disseminated it seeking "names" and other "authors" (refer to the Kaiser Spam email).

Wolfgang,
your statement that “Had Raymond Hoser not taken it upon himself to publish
that early draft in his journal without permission from its authors, then
McCord's name would never have become publicly or googlably associated with
accusations of being unscientific or unethical.”

Is
another lie by you.  Fact is that your
document, which Kaiser himself divorced himself from in 2012 (see the SPAM
email by him), had been read by tens of thousands of people before I copied it
in full and in context, for the purposes of ethical rebuttal in AJH, noting
that it had been cleared as “open access” by your side.

guilty of is being a party to an unlawful campaign spanning 15 years to

authorities, online petitions, wikipedia page edits under bogus user name “Mokele”
and others, numerous Facebook hate pages where you and others plan ways and
means to attack myself, my education business and family and so on.

I am acting as secretary for the purpose of neutral dissemination of the
attached Point of View manuscript, put together by an international group of
seven respected herpetological taxonomists. We send this message and its
attachments to you with some urgency, and we request your participation. 

As you may know, some authors circumvent conventional scientific
processes in herpetology and publicize names not for the purposes of science
but for their own aggrandizement. Please view examples of this by downloading
Issue 12 of the "Australasian Journal of Herpetology" at http://www.smuggled.com/AJHIP1.htm. We consider this
practice unscientific, unethical, and a form of scientific fraud. If we, as
professionals, stand idly by while this fraud is perpetrated, then we ourselves
become complicit.  

We therefore plan to submit the attached manuscript as a Point of View
to Herpetological Review, and we wish to do so with the broadest
possible support from the herpetological community. To achieve this end, we
hope you will take the time to read our manuscript, send us your comments, and
let us know whether we may include your name as a supporter (in Appendix
2) or even as a co-author, should the journal feel that broader
authorship can lend our article greater weight with the scientific community.

We also hope that this issue, and maybe our ideas for a solution, will
be discussed in the Annual Meetings of ASIH, HL, and SSAR at the upcoming World
Congress of Herpetology, where we will gladly make ourselves available to

That
ridiculous judgement quoted was overturned by Supreme Court judges Nettle and
Buchanan on 8 June 2012, who found both in my favour and also against the Judge
who made the false and extreme comments.

would have ensured long ago that these links feature prominently in his
account.” Is in fact true.

Those
false statements are prominent and remain on the page, even though now publicly
shown to be false and discredited.
