Yes, you are right, I am being inconsistent in this respect.
Whether or not it is a good idea to capitalize these will
tend to depend on context but I should be more careful.

I do feel Angiospermae is a better-looking name than
Magnoliophyta, but as time goes by, I am more and more
inclined to use such names only in their proper context.
So, Angiospermae in an Engler-system type environment
and Magnoliophyta in a Cronquist-system type environment.
But anyway, I am not building a classification and I mostly
get by fine with angiosperms or flowering plants.
