[Taxacom] Zootaxa now has DOI's (?)

I just noticed that a new Zootaxa article has a DOI on it:

A revision of the genus Afroheterozercon (Acari: Heterozerconidae)
HANS KLOMPEN, MILAN AMIN & BEVERLY SWAIM GERDEMAN
http://dx.doi.org/10.11646/zootaxa.3626.3.1

Excellent!

When did this start happening? Zootaxa PDFs from January 2013 don't appear to have DOI's
Will there be DOI's retrospectively applied to the backfile content?

Interestingly the DOI redirects to an Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform website. Will Zootaxa eventually be migrating to this OJS platform?

Since positives changes are now happening, could I also suggest that the 'open access' articles are properly licenced as such with the Creative Commons Attribution Licence (CC BY) http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/ As strongly encouraged by OASPA & many others: http://oaspa.org/why-cc-by/

Best,

Ross
