[Taxacom] Page size of BHL generated PDFs

Hi all,
I am having the same problem as Priyantha. I never had an issue prior to
the new format of BHL; now I can't seem to be able to print a document
normally, even though I have not changed (or chosen) any settings. And I
don't find a way to control it either!
If somebody knows what is the magic fix, please share.
Cheers, Francisco.
