[Taxacom] Page size of BHL generated PDFs

My recent attempts to make PDFs from journals in the Biodiversiy Heritage Library collection have resulted in PDFs with very large page sizes - they have to be viewed at about 25-30% or less to appear 'normal'. Clearly I must be doing something wrong. Any suggestions for ensuring the PDFs generated retain their original page sizes would be appreciated.
