Yes, because none of us on this thread seems to have any real deep
understanding of the legalities -- at least not on international scales (I
somewhat believe that nobody really does).  Besides, I'm much more
interested in what our community considers to be professional ethics, then
what some country or another decides is legal or not (I realize I may be
atypical in this).
