I agree completely.  I was mostly focused on words like "intellectual" and
"creative" when talking about copyright.  My reference to "opinion" was in
contrast to "fact", and in my (extremely limited) understanding of
international copyright law, a "fact" cannot generally be copyrighted.  An
"opinion" may or may not be copyrighted, depending on whether or not it
rises to the appropriate level of "intellectual creativity" (however that
might be defined).
