[Taxacom] col_wokbox online (taxon compare tool)

The col_workbox online tool can compare in one run a list of taxons, in 
the csv file format, against the Catalogue of Life (2012) species 
dataset. The compare algorithm is processing intensive. Comparing 1000 
taxons could take 15-20 minutes.  As return you get a csv file back with 
the compare results. This csv file can be imported into Excel, 
LibreOffice Calc or databases for further processing.
