[Taxacom] Generic type of large genus belongs in different genus

You might think that, but even this has its perils, since original 
combinations can (1) sometimes be non-unique (2) sometimes be impossible 
to replicate using ASCII (3) often have different spelling from what is 
actually in use (e.g., any justified emendations). No approach is 
without its shortcomings.
