[Taxacom] Generic type of large genus belongs in different genus

Reality with Drosophila is that the community de facto has chosen to use 
a hybrid between Linnean naming and phylocode classification with names 
independent of rank. Lumping, as proposed by the refered article is even 
less common now that about another half a dozen genera are positioned 
within Drosophila.
