[Taxacom] Help with Bug ID

Dear List Members,

I am wondering if anybody can id the bug in the attached photo.
I was invited to the Western region of Ghana where there had been an
outbreak of millipedes.
In the course of looking for some of their hiding places, I came across the
bug sucking the millipede. I tried to collect the 2 but it run off. After a
few minutes, it came back to continue with the sucking (and that is when I
managed to photograph and also collect the 2).
I would be grateful if it could be identified for me.
