[Taxacom] FW: Identification-list of Old World Crataegus by the late Dr. Christensen

Dear colleagues,

 

Scientists at Kew have asked me how they can get access to Dr. Knud Ib
Cristensen's 'The Old World Crataegus Identification Database' placed on

This database was intended as a supplement to Dr. Christensen's
monograph of Old World species of Crataegus (Rosaceae): K.I. Christensen
1992. Revision of Crataegus sect. Crataegus and nothosect. Crataeguineae
(Rosaceae-Maloideae) in the Old World, Syst. Bot. Monogr. 35: 1-199.

 

Dr. Christensen died suddenly and unexpectedly a few month ago and
nobody here at Copenhagen has now got the password needed to open the
zip-file with the database.

 

We wonder if any TAXACOM member corresponded with Dr. Christensen about
this password, and would let us know what it is so that we can
reorganize the home page and make the database available again.
