[Taxacom] Misleading website on scientific names

A sharp-eyed colleague found this website of ³scientific² names of organisms
compiled by two web designers:
http://www.scientificname.net/animals/

What does the list consider the best approach to eliminating such misleading
nonsense? (As I think everyone on here knows, the ICZN does not have any
kind of enforcement mandate, so it will need to be a community action, if
anything).
