http://www.plosone.org/static/policies.action#taxon

However, it is noticeable that they have not updated
the entry on "Botanical names", which is now running

Prieto-Márquez, A.; Chiappe, L.M.; Joshi, S.H. 2012: The lambeosaurine
dinosaur Magnapaulia laticaudus from the Late Cretaceous of Baja California,
northwestern Mexico. PLoS One, 7(6): e38207. doi:
10.1371/journal.pone.0038207

I don't see anything to say it has been published other than electronically
