[Taxacom] Specimen image requests

Hello Elspeth,
normally we do get requests from people, which duly identify themselves 
as students, institutional or private researchers and we do send them 
.jpg images (not .tiff) from our files. Sometimes only after some 
correspondence and for identified taxa, not "all Orchids from southern 
France".
