Dear friends and colleagues,

one week is left to submit contributed talks and posters at the International Lepidopterists' Conference in July in Denver (deadline 15 June). You can still register later, but we would be unable to include your abstract in the program and abstract book. Many of the (free) fieldtrips are already pretty full, but if you hurry, you might still get a place.

To remind you:
The combined 2012 Annual Meeting of the Lepidopterists' Society and the Societas Europaea Lepidopterologica will be hosted by the Denver Museum of Nature & Science from 23 to 29 July 2012. No membership necessary.

Grab the opportunity: Rocky Mountains and prairie in July's good weather; good food; cheap, but good accommodation; access to the research collection in-house, with Boulder and Fort Collins nearby; and an interesting program with lots of free field trips.

For registration and additional information visit http://www.dmns.org/krell-lab

The following symposia are planned:
Rich Bray: Monitoring and Inventorying Lepidoptera (organizer Rich Bray)
Astrid Caldas: Topics in Lepidoptera Conservation (organizer Astrid Caldas)
Deane Bowers: Plant-insect Interactions in the Lepidoptera (organizer Deane Bowers)
New developments in zoological nomenclature (discussion session, presented and led by Frank Krell, ICZN)

Contributions do not need to fit into one of those symposia!

Please send your suggested talk and poster titles (and abstracts when available) to the program chair, Todd Gilligan, at tgilliga at gmail.com AND copy to lepidopterist at dmns.org
