[Taxacom] Homonymous synonyms / cosmic order

In this case it's not all that surprising - both authors had picked up
on the two most distinctive features of the species (compared with
other ambassids known at the time).

I have stumbled across similar cases elsewhere in fishes (though I
don't recall them off the top of my head).
