Fortunately there are no nomenclatural issues, just systematics and
ecology, but I'm a coauthor on a paper in a different BMC journal
that's been "published" and "in production" for a month. Many
journals have a bibliographically confusing habit of releasing
articles electronically ahead of official publication-one more thing
that the next Code will have to address.
