[Taxacom] A.O.U. checklist (taxonomy changes)

Hi All,     Quite a few taxonomic changes to A.O.U.'s checklist of birds this year.  Only one newly described species, but lots of lumping and splitting (especially splitting of genera).  But I guess the ornithologists have been in a splitting mood for quite some time now.  Lots of birders grumble every year that some of the changes seem to be due to unnecessary splitting of genera, but splitting at the species level means that the listers are often happy (more species to look for).
