There is a demonstration of the Filtered Push solution to annotating data
at http://firuta.huh.harvard.edu/FP_SPNHC_2012_demo.webm.

I see this as being the best mechanism for crowd-sourcing the process of
refining data.  The solution of release and refine will remove the
bottlenecks that are created by the 'make perfect before release' approach.
