[Taxacom] Grass taxonomy

Looking through the USDA Plants profile pages, I noticed that Festuca
arundinacea Schreb.  Is now Schedonorus phoenix (Scop.) Holub.  

 

Is this the official name now?  Has F. arundinacea been synonymized?
