[Taxacom] species id please

[Michael Wilson]

It IS a male scale insect and belongs to the Monophlebidae (used to be
the Margarodidae but that has been split).  It is almost certainly a
male of Icerya purchasi although there are several other Icerya
species in Korea (I think!).
