[Taxacom] US Herbaria: Survey re digitization

Please, if you have not yet responded to the request for information that we sent out to each US Herbaria, would you do so now? If you did not receive a survey (cover letter, statement of existing knowledge for your herbarium, and questions), please let me know and we shall send it to you. We used addresses in Index herbariorum and have already found some need correction. More of a problem are those that do not come back but vanish into the ether or a round file (we email if available, regular mail if not).
