[Taxacom] lingua franca

For my an, taxonomic and scientific world it is.
For my diplomatic life there are translators for important events (like new
descriptions are in taxonomy)
For my private life I love as many different languages around me as possible
and try to figure out how to get my daily life organized and to understand
in how many different way communications operate
