If you think this is so, then you have not been where wild bison
are being herded vs where there are bison that have been "under
fence" for a few generations.  And I can name several other animals
that are this way.

Try dealing with range cattle vs cattle that have been under fence
all their lives.  Now try to put the range cattle under fence.
