If you try, e.g., 'gibbs agrionympha' on Google scholar it doesn't work, but on ordinary Google it does. I've noticed this for other things too.

If you look at the url before clicking you can tell whether the link is
open (preview first page or open access), or requires subscription. The
free links are to the directory 'f' (= free I suppose), instead of the
subscription directories 1 for insects, 2 for other groups.

Preview = www.mapress.com/zootaxa/2011/f/z03001p056f.pdf
Full Sub = www.mapress.com/zootaxa/2011/2/zt03001p056.pdf

And the difference between the open access full and preview link is the
lack of a final f in the filename, also full text filenames begin zt
rather than z:

Preview:   www.mapress.com/zootaxa/2011/f/z03001p032f.pdf
Full Open: www.mapress.com/zootaxa/2011/f/zt03001p032.pdf

Save a little time now and then by remembering (as you curse their strange
practices - such as ALL CAPS authors) that 'f' at Zootaxa = free.
