[Taxacom] insects and terrestrial flatworms?

There are some combinations of terms that just don't work well in 
Google searches, and this is one of those cases, so...

Does anyone happen to be aware of any records of any insects that are 
predators or parasitoids or parasites of terrestrial flatworms? I am 
aware of only one taxon, the keroplatid gnat genus Planarivora, which 
are apparently endoparasitoids. It's hard to believe that really *is* 
the only one. Likewise, are there any insects associated with 
terrestrial leeches? I can't seem to find any such records.
