[Taxacom] Paper Request

Hello all,

I am trying to find the following paper, but I cannot seem to find a copy. I
have tried an extensive online search and have even attempted to get it
through interlibrary loan at my university, all to no avail. I have seen the
date of publication cited as either 1977 or 1978, so I am not sure which is
correct.

I would greatly appreciate if anyone can find a copy for me. If a print copy
is all that is available, I will gladly reimburse for shipping.
