I cannot stop you from drawing whatever conclusions you like,
but I do not see how this is based om my words which merely
recognize what you said (and perhaps that you consider it
pejorative?).

Me, I like to call a spade a spade (and a clade a clade), 
which of course means I feel "PhyloCode" is a misnomer for 
what actually governs the naming of clades, and thus should 
be called more properly a "CladoCode"?
