[Taxacom] NEW: 20 monographs from Zootaxa, published yesterday

That is great but how does someone get at this publication without a
credit card and or cash? Does Magnolia Press make their issues available
and pdf's available for the author(s) to post on their own web sites?
How can someone in Mongolia, Bolivia or Zambia get at this information?
