I have been using the following book:

Bennett B C, Baker M A, Andrade P G (2002) Ethnobotany of the Shuar of
Eastern Ecuador in Advances in Economic Botany Vol. 14, The New York
Botanical Garden Press, New York: 185

However, this book is no longer available for my usage.

If anyone has access to a copy of this book, could you either send me a
copy of the page with the area map or latitude/longitudes of the area.
