Here is a site that has a lot of information on which publishers allow
what to be posted in open access sites. Authors should choose those
journals that have open access so that places that don't have much money
can get at important systematic and taxonomic data. Go here and check
it out before you choose a publisher. Then choose one that is wide open
to insure that your data get wide dispersal. Doing so will increase our
clout and then more publishers will stop being so restrictive.
