Not sure what this means. If you have found a classification
it is not all that hard to convert it to a digital format 
(getting every finicky detail right takes time, but is doable).

Surely there is no copyright on the bare bones of the 
classification itself (otherwise no taxonomic overview of 
any kind could be written).
