[Taxacom] Species-level homonyms - between/within codes

Didn't we just have a similar discussion on Taxacom a few months
ago, referring to genus-level names between codes as hemihomonyms? 
So maybe these could be called hyperhemihomonyms or
holohemihomonyms?
