[Taxacom] ICZN procedure question

I do not know why these discussions on zoological nomenclature have 
shifted to Taxacom, I agree with you that they would be more 
appropriate in the iczn-list. Perhaps it is because of some bad 
experiences made with members of the iczn-list in the past 12-18 
months that people prefer discussing such items rather here than 
there. You may recommend Commissioners who have not yet done this 
(and who have not yet read the notice in Taxacom on the ICZN 
website), to subscribe to Taxacom and be alerted that nomenclatural 
questions may frequently arise here.
