[Taxacom] Collecttive name for binomial + trinomial

An updated version of David Hawksworth, Terms of Bionomenclature,
which we are in the process of publishing, contains entries for
"Polynomial", "Polynominal", and "Multinominal" which might also be
relevant
I'll post links to the PDF and web versions of the glossary when the
final edits are in place.
