An ordinary Google Maps casual user adheres to this: must not "use the
products in a manner that gives you or any other person access to mass
downloads or bulk feeds of any Content, including but not limited to
numerical latitude or longitude coordinates, imagery, and visible map
data"

Someone embedding Google Maps into web pages adheres to this: must not "
use geocodes obtained through the Service except in conjunction with a
Google map"

So this very useful utility below, created for end users for getting lat
longs off a Google map, would seem to be following the rules, as would be
the end user copying them, one at a time. I hope. Otherwise it would be
pointless in both senses of the word.
