Call for Symposia

The final opportunity to submit a Symposium will end next week, Friday 9th April 2010!

If you wish to have a symposium considered please submit an abstract along with two potential speakers by this date. If you need to review the scope or confirm speakers later, you should indicate this in your submission.

For convenience, six broad themes have been identified for the submission of symposium proposals. Symposia covering more than one theme are welcomed and encouraged.

Themes:

 *   Systematics, evolution , biogeography & biodiversity informatics
 *   Ecology, environmental change & conservation
 *   Structure, development & cellular biology
 *   Genetics, genomics & bioinformatics
 *   Physiology & biochemistry
 *   Economic botany including biotechnology, agriculture & plant breeding
