No, no. The key phrase is "requested by dead people." If you died before requesting the loan, then this doesn't apply. If you requested the loan then died, it doesn't apply. You have to request the loan AFTER dying. This is the magic, spiritual element of the thread here, as introduced by the incantation: "wtf!"
