[Taxacom] Bible does not support creation science

That's a fine example of systematics muscling in on religion, but here's an example of systematics invading law. It's a quote from the Citroen Roadside Assist policy, and refers to exclusions. Please try not to fall asleep after the first few clauses:

"(c) Loss or damage directly or indirectly occasioned by or happening or in consequence of war, invasion, act of God, act of foreign enemies, hostilities whether war be declared or not, civil war, rebellion, insurrection, terrorism, military and usurped power, riot, or civil commotion or sabotage or any other events (whether falling into the same genus, species, class or category as the foregoing or not) beyond the control of you or the person operating or having control of the vehicle at the time of the Accident."

I was so surprised at the failure of the writer to sort the unhappiness hierarchically - instead leaving it to the reader - that I looked for 'genus', 'species' and 'class' in the Definitions section of the policy. They aren't there, but this is:

"2.1 The singular shall include the plural and vice versa and reference to any gender shall include all genders."

Now *that's* religious!
