[Taxacom] e-only from Do rogue taxonomists need rogue publishers?

Page charges? The open access journals are charging big bucks as editorial charges. US$800 for Open Journal of Evolution. Thousands for other "open" journals. Sounds like mon and pop taxonomic journals are a genuine service in one respect.
